If the government department flags the application for Biometric Aadhaar Authentication, Physical Site Verification, or issues any offline notice/scrutiny that requires the applicant to visit a government office (e.g., GST Seva Kendra) or meet an official, the applicant must handle it personally. Any such offline process or departmental visit is NOT included in our standard online service charges.
